By invitation of the Meeting Industry Association, our Director Karen Guile was asked to contribute to the Compassion in Work focus group held at IET Austin Court.
The focus group discussed how compassion can be shown in the workplace and what impact this has on teamwork.
The group was led by Meysam Poorkavoos and Carol Hatcher of Roffey Park Institute. Roffey Park have put together some practical tips that we would like to share.
